with buckwheat hull filling for your zazen session.

The cushion allows for a comfortable and stable posture with your legs crossed;
it supports your thighs so your knees touch the floor
to develop the correct meditation posture.

Zafu can also be used as an original every day seat.

From the centuries zafu has been manufactured in the same traditional way
by sewing together three pieces of fabric:
two round for the bottom and top cover and the side one.

The cushion has a convenient velcro fastener
so you can open it to remove or add filling as you prefer
and wash the inner cotton cover.
