TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1. General provisions
1. UZEN - www.urbanzen.pl is operated by „URBAN ZEN Dominika Szczechowicz - Szuk” with its registered seat at 6/17 Asfaltowa St., 02-527 Warsaw, Poland. NIP: 524-121-53-19.
2. All prices displayed in on-line shop are in Polish zlotych and include VAT. Postage is an additional price.
3. All prices are biding at the time of placing an order.
4. On-line shop URBANZEN.pl reserves the right to change prices of products and postage, introducing and removing products in stock, announcing and cancelling special offers or alter them at any time without notice.
§2. Orders
1. The information about products displayed in on-line shop www.urbanzen.pl is considered as an invitation, not an offer for sale, as understood by the provisions of the Civil Code. The offer to buy is confirmed upon filling the form by the Customer to buy a product.
2. All orders are submitted via website www.urbanzen.pl 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
3. Registration/log-in is required for placing an order.
4. The orders will be processed by the on-line shop upon receiving an automated message from the shop system and sending the Customer e-mail confirmation.
5. Incorrectly filled order forms will not be processed.
6. URBANZEN.pl reserve the right to refuse to proceed an order with incorrect postage price selected at the time of placing an order.
7. The photographs and other product visualization displayed in on-line shop are for information purposes only and do not reflect products’ original sizes.
§3 Receipts and invoices
1. Receipts are enclosed to each processed order. VAT invoices can be issued on Customer’s request upon providing all necessary details.
2. A receipt or an invoice should be kept for the purpose of possible returns or complains.
§4. Posting
1. Products ordered in URBANZEN.pl on-line shop are dispatched to the address specified at the time of placing an order. For international deliveries please contact us to receive information on postage price.
2. Ordered and paid goods are dispatched within 5 working days.
3. Ordered goods are dispatched to the Customer via Polish Post services or by courier service company.
4. U-ZEN shall not be responsible for the time of delivery by external provider.
5. The Customer is obliged to verify the condition of the parcel at the time of its collection and in the presence of the Polish Post employee or the courier. We recommend that you should carefully check any damages to the packaging. If you find your parcel damaged, the Customer should demand writing a complaint protocol/form at the time of collecting the parcel, in the presence of the delivering person and signed by it.
6. We do not provide pay-at-delivery service.
§5. Complaints
1. If the Customer enjoys the status of a customer, as understood by the article 221 of the Civil Code, it is entitled, pursuant to the article 7 item 1 of the Law of 2 March 2000 on the protection of some consumer rights and liability for dangerous products (Journal of Laws No 22, item 271 as amended), to renounce the contract without reasons by placing a written statement with the seller within 10 days from the date the product was released to the Customer (date specified on the receipt or VAT invoice).
2. Returning the product unused and in intact state, in its original packaging and with all items along with appropriate statement and purchase documentation are necessary to effectively renounce the contract.
3. Refunds will be issued on the bank account specified by the Customer within 7 days of the receipt of the returned goods. Postage price and return shall be paid by the Customer and are not subject to refund.
4. Complaints are considered within 7 working from the date of its filing and the receipt of the goods the complain relates to.
5. Complains related to mechanical damage to the parcels in transit will only be considered if the Customer has collected the parcel in the presence of the employee of the Polish Post or the courier service company. The condition for accepting such complain should be the presentation of the complain protocol written by the person delivering the parcel.
6. Upon positive consideration of the complain the shop will issue a refund or replace the defective product.
7. Any deliveries dispatched by the Customers to and at UZEN expense will not be accepted.
8. All complaints arising from the Customer’s failure to read or abide to the terms and conditions of sale, will not be considered. .
§6. Privacy policy
1. Pursuant to the Law on personal data protection of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws dated 29 October 1997 as amended) all Customers’ data provided at the time of placing the order are protected and shall not be disclosed to any third parties, except for the authorized entities (as specified in Journal of Laws of 1997.133.883.)
2. At processing the payment the Customer should be using the Internet browser recommended by the bank with activated encrypting protocol.
3. Pursuant to article 24 of the Law on personal data protection, the Customer is entitled to view and amend its personal data at any time.
§7. Final provisions
1. By using URBANZEN.pl on-line shop you express your consent to accept the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Terms and Conditions are the only written record specifying the terms and conditions of URBANZEN.pl operations. In all matters not regulated herein, the relevant provision of the Civil Code shall apply.
